Payment Processing
BetterNow supports several payment processing options. BetterNow never processes payments itself and relies on partners and regulated financial institutions for payment processing.
Clearhaus/QuickPay
This is the standard payment processing, available for all countries. It supports MobilePay, Swish, Vipps, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal payments. Clearhaus percentage fees are charged and subtracted by Clearhaus. The per transaction fee and monthly subscription is invoiced through BetterNow.

There is an additional fee of 1 kr per transaction for MobilePay, plus a monthly fee of 49 kr.
1.1% applies to domestic and EU card payments, and 2.75% to non-EU card payments. Other acquiring/payment processing fees may apply.

Vipps/Mobilepay (Direct)
This is a direct integration with Vipps/MobilePay. It supports MobilePay, Vipps, Mastercard and Visa payments. As BetterNow is an official partner, the setup is incredibly easy and no new acquiring agreement is needed as long as you are already a customer with Vipps/MobilePay. All Vipps/MobilePay fees are invoiced and handled by Vipps/MobilePay. Read more here.

Swish (Direct)
BetterNow is also an official Swish partner. This only supports Swish payments, so a separate setup for Mastercard and Visa will therefore be needed. This is only relevant for Swedish customers. The pricing for Swish is 0.5 kr per transaction which is invoiced by BetterNow.
Neonomics/Nellopay
This is an additional payment method that is usually added alongside one of the above. It allows for direct bank-to-bank transfer. The pricing is per transaction and there is no % fee. The per transaction fee is invoiced through BetterNow.

OnlineFundraising
You can also opt for using OnlineFundraising as the payment engine. This isn't 'just' a different payment processor, but also a full integration — read more in the OnlineFundraising.dk article. This integration supports Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Vipps, MobilePay and Swish payments. The payment processing fees follow whatever you have through the agreements set up in OnlineFundraising.
Note that sponsored payments isn't supported when using OnlineFundraising.
