Tax deductions and reporting (Denmark)
All Danish charities approved under Ligningsloven §8a can offer donors a tax deduction. How it works for donors For a donation to qualify, it must be given without the donor receiving anything of economic value in return. UK charities can submit Gift Aid claims to HMRC directly from their dashboard. You need a correctly configured charity account with HMRC in order to do this. To submit Gift Aid claims, simply go to the menu item ‘Gift Aid’.
