Team tools

Team tools are just like fundraiser tools a page with sharing tools and other helpfull tools. Team leaders can besides some additional sharing links also find a full list of fundraiser in their team. This is especially useful if some of the fundraising pages are hidden and thus can be seen directly on the team page. In addition to this, team leaders have access to two very valuable tools; invites and messaging.

Team Invitations

Team leaders can invite team members. The invite is sent through the system and follows a standardised format, with space for a personal message from the team leader.

The team invite modal appears immediately after team creation and can also be accessed from the “more options” menu on the team page, from the the team tools section and even under My activity

The email will include the personal message, your logo, and brand colours, along with a reference to the project or event the team belongs to.

From the team tools section team leaders can also access a list of previous send invitation and resend (or revoke) them.

Team messaging

Team captains can likewise send out messages to team members. This allows team captains to share encouragement or important information without seeing the team members personal information.

Team members can deceide to unsusbcribe from messages form their team captain if it becomes too spammy and still receive other important information.

Team captains can see a list of all previously send message if they forgot what they already have communicated.
