I can't access my dashboard, what do I do?

There may be several reasons why you can't access your dashboard after logging in.

A) You have logged in to be.betternow.org (this site), but you need to log in from your own white-label site.

B) You have logged in with a user account that does not have admin rights.

You can check which email you are logged in with by going to your profile page. If this is your personal email, log out and log in with your work email instead.

C) You don't have access to the administration section.

Click the 'Administration' link as shown in the screenshot below. If you don't see this, then you are logged in as a user without any administration rights.
