• Clearhaus settlement reports

  The below is for our standard payment setup and isn't applicable to customers on the onlinefundraising.dk integration. You can find your Clearhaus Settlement Report under 'Settlements' in your dashboard. If you receive monthly payouts from Clearhaus, this will be ready around the 4th of the month. Here you will see a list of all your settlement reports. It will have the pay-out date, the Descriptor (which is what will appear on your bank statement), and a reference number togSome readers

• Vipps settlement reports

  The below is for our standard payment setup and is only applicable if you are using Vipps or MobilePay through our ePayment integration. You can find your Vipps Settlement Report under 'Vipps Settlements' in your dashboard. Payouts are typically made daily or as soon as available. Here you will see a list of all your settlement reports. It will include the ledger (payout) date, the PSP reference (which will appear on your bank statement), and tFew readers

• How to update your bank account details?

  You can change the bank account to which donations are paid out from your Dashboard. In order to change the bank account, we need to receive updated proof of ownership for the bank account. This can be uploaded on the same page. You can change the bank account under your Dashboard → Account → Bank Info. Please note that changes to the bank account will take effect within 2–4 business days. You should therefore do it at least four days before the next payout from Clearhaus. In orderFew readers

Billing

• Billing

  Billing is either done by invoice or payment card. Adding a payment ensures that your invoice is paid on time with zero hassle. No matter what, an invoice is issued and sent to the email you specify in your dashboard. How do I add a credit card? Go to your dashboard and find the submenu 'Billing'. Press 'Add credit card'. Fill in the form and press 'Add Credit Card'. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. We won't charge your card when you add it, only validate it.Some readers

  In our data exporter, you can export data on fundraisers, donations and sponsorships. The donation data is the same as in the monthly reports; however, here you have the option to define the time range yourself and also limit the data to a specific site or project. • Custom reference codes

  You can add a reference code for your project. This is done by editing any project, and is found under the "Defaults for fundraisers" section. Any reference number/code listed here will be reported with every donation made to this project, or to fundraisers created for the project. This can make the import of donations to your CRM/ERP systems easier, as you can matFew readers

• Data on sponsorships

  The report on sponsorships is, of course, only relevant if you are running any project with sponsored fundraisers. The report includes both sponsorships that have been charged and those not charged yet (or that failed to be charged). All the columns on donations will only be filled on the day the sponsorship is charged and a corresponding donation is created.Few readers
