  For us to share donor information with you, the donors must agree to both our and your charity's privacy policy. You can add a link to your privacy policy in the dashboard. The link will be visible to donors when they donate or create a fundraiser for one of your projects. Before they can donate or create a fundraiser, they need to accept the policies. • User deletion

  Users can delete their own accounts. This will permanently delete their fundraisers, teams, and name + comment on all donations made, along with all personal information stored in our system. Important: This action is irreversible. If you receive a request from a user to delete their account, the best course of action is to ask them to do it themselves.   You can set your own Terms and Conditions for donations received. These should explain to donors if and how they can request a refund, and may include other donation-related policies (e.g. if you do not accept donations from certain sectors or companies).
