• Navigating your dashboard

  Take a look at the menu (shown below) on the left-hand side of your dashboard, and go through all the different pages to get to know your dashboard. Below, you can learn more about each step. Whenever you see a (1) or other number in the menu, it indicates that there is an action that you need to take in that area. • Basics

  Your most essential information is edited and configured under Account --Basics Name The public name of your organisation. It appears in emails and throughout the platform. If your legal name differs from your registered name, you can add it separately; it will be displayed in places such as cookie policies and donation receipts. • I can't access my dashboard, what do I do?

  There may be several reasons why you can't access your dashboard after logging in. A) You have logged in to be.betternow.org (this site), but you need to log in from your own white-label site. B) You have logged in with a user account that does not have admin rights. You can check which email you are logged in with by going to your profile page. If this is your personal email, log out and log in with your work email instead. C) You don't have access to theFew readers

• Manage team members

  If you are an administrator, you can add or remove administrators, managers and accountants. Role and rights Administrators can view and edit all charity information, including projects, view invoices, and add and remove charity users from the dashboard. Managers can do everything administrators can, except manage team members. Accountants can view charity information, download invoices, and are notified when monthly reports are created.
