Project tools and fundraiser/team messaging

Project tools are available to charity administrators, managers, and project administrators. They are especially useful for project administrators who don't have access to the main charity dashboard.

Statistics

The dashboard contains some key all-time statistics (number of fundraisers and teams, and the total amount collected) together with the key P2P fundraising KPIs that you should optimise for (read more on this here).

List of fundraisers and teams

It also includes a list of all fundraisers and teams for the specific project. You can search for specific fundraisers and teams using the search bar, and also filter based on state, creation and end date and fundraiser type.

Messaging

Project tools is also the place from where you can send a message to all fundraisers or team captains. Any message will be sent to everyone, with minimal other content in the email besides your message.

Subject line: "A message from [charity name]"
Body: Your message text. Use {{supporter_name}} to mention the full name of the fundraiser or team captain. Important — use the full exact object {{supporter_name}}.

The email sent will include a link to the supporter's My activity page and, of course, an unsubscribe link. The supporter can choose to unsubscribe from messages about just the specific project, or all messages.

The styling is fairly minimal and will just include your charity logo at the top.

You can see all previously sent messages, including who they were sent to (team captains, fundraisers, or both), and their content.
