# Email settings

For each site, you can set various email settings.

Go to **Dashboard → Sites → Pick relevant site tab**

**NOTE: If you are on the premium plan and have a customised email flow (either text or layout), the below may or may not apply to you.**

The following settings apply to most of the emails being sent, including both emails, such as donation receipts and guidance to fundraisers:

* Primary brand colour
* Logo for emails
* Standard email greeting

You can also specify a small 'thank you' statement. This text paragraph is used in several emails that go out to fundraisers, e.g. the welcome email, fundraiser coach emails, and a few others. Contact us for the complete email documentation.

The last text paragraph is a small text that is added before the main body of the donation receipt.

Note that the text fields have certain character limits. The character limit includes HTML tags, so if there are line breaks in your text, these will count toward the limit too.
